Waiting

Waiting is fun, not. Had a half day today so I could take Bee to the fracture clinic @ the PA for a checkup. All good apparently, bone still in line and not needing any surgery. She got the half cast off and has now got a full cast plaster on her leg, it's blue as you can see!



She says it is more comfy and secure now plus she can't feel pain anymore. Even bumps when in the car don't hurt... it's all good! Anyway after sitting in the Outpatients for about 1 & 1/2 hours it was off to more waiting...

... at CentreLink. Bee is trying to claim something for the fact she can't work anymore and has been told to apply for Youth Allowance as she is a full time student. Anyway after struggling to find the CentreLink office @ Greenslopes, one way streets are massively annoying!!, I sat and waited for over an hour while she discussed the form with a guy there.

All in all an afternoon of waiting... I'm now sitting in a recliner with my feet up and Baby Blue in my lap... lucky notebook! :p

*sigh* Well I was sitting down relaxing... then the phone started ringing... and that's when I remembered I was supposed to take Dunc his ankle brace over before 17:50.. so off I went again!
